Hi

I am getting frequent requests for a sliding scale answer type.  This might involve rating a dimension along a spectrum of choices, represented by a range of scores from 1-100, using a slider that you could pull from left to right.  Is there a chance that this could be implemented in future release, or could it be built through the SDK?
