I have tried to work with public reports, and have some questions:

1) I want to show the user, after completion, the public report. I have only one report to show. is is possible to skip the drop down question which report to show?

its not possible to directly to change the layout, but you could try to use the following css to change the page direction.

BODY {
  direction: ltr;

}

2) can I edit the translation of the lenguage in the reports (Total answers, Respondent Reach etc)? I cound not find it.
 
3) can I remove some data from the report? (for example, I want to show only  " Answer Percent" , and not the "Answer Total")

1) This feature has been implemented in the next release

2) Text can be changed in the en-us.xml file inside the fsxmldata/languages directory

3) No its unfortunately not possible to remove elements from the report output.
